Ruling on wiping over shoes that do not cover the ankles

Question
It is permissible to wipe over sports shoes if they meet the conditions, but my question is if the boot's collar does not reach the ankle, and I was wearing socks at the same time and in a state of purity, and I cannot take off the sports shoes for some reason, can I treat the sports shoes like khuffs and wipe over them?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to wipe over it if the conditions of the sock are met, including that it covers the ankles, and what you mentioned does not cover, so it is not sufficient, and God knows best.
