Ruling on Wiping Over Medical Adhesive
If the hand or finger is injured, and a medical adhesive is placed on it, is it permissible to wipe over it without removing it?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If removing it and wiping underneath it is harmful, then it has the ruling of a splint in that it is permissible to wipe over it, and God knows best.
