Ruling on Touching the Quran Without Wudu
Is it permissible to memorize from a separate part of the Quran without Wudu?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is considered a Quran whether it is complete or in parts, and it is forbidden to touch it without purity, and God knows best.
