Ruling on Touching a Woman Without Intent
The Sheikh, may Allah preserve him, mentioned in the matters that do not invalidate wudu the touching of a woman. When detailing this, he mentioned touching and shaking hands with mahrams and wives. Is touching other foreign women, whether accidentally or intentionally, regardless of its prohibition, considered to invalidate wudu?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Touching a woman does not count as a nullifier, whether she is a stranger or a wife, and God knows best.
