Ruling on the Time of Witr Prayer Ending During Its Performance
The time for Fajr prayer has entered while I am performing Witr, is that permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If you pray the Witr before the Fajr call to prayer, it is considered a performance (Adā') and not a makeup (Qadā'), and God knows best.
