Ruling on the Sitting of a Widow in Iddah with Non-Mahram Men
Is it permissible for a woman in her iddah after the death of her husband to sit with her husband's brother in one place, or with those she was accustomed to sitting with?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible for you to sit, provided there is no seclusion or temptation, and God knows best.
