Ruling on the blood that comes down before abortion.
I am pregnant, and the fetus is now dead, and I am experiencing a small amount of bleeding. What about prayer? Can I pray?

Say, and with Allah is success: As long as you are pregnant, the blood that comes out is considered istihada (non-menstrual bleeding), and you must pray and fast with it. And Allah knows best.
