Ruling on the appearance of brown discharge after inserting an IUD
A woman has inserted an IUD for contraception, and since then she has been seeing brownish discharge. Does this count as menstrual blood or external blood?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: The principle is that any blood that comes out of her in all its colors is considered menstrual blood, unless the doctor informs her that this blood is not menstrual. And God knows best.
