Ruling on the annual payment of the wealth that has completed a lunar year
A person has saved an amount of money to buy a house, and a lunar year has passed, and he has paid zakat on it. Should he pay zakat on it once or every year?

I say, and with God's success: Wealth is purified every year when the year completes, and God knows best.
