Question
A person suffers from urinary incontinence and performed ablution a little before the time for the voluntary prayer, and the time entered while he was in prayer. Is it permissible for him to pray during this time with the same ablution?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Whoever has a urinary incontinence, he is considered to have an excuse, and the one with an excuse must perform ablution at the time of each prayer. His ablution before the time does not suffice, and he must redo the ablution. The prayer he started before the time enters is invalidated, as his ablution is nullified during it. And God knows best.
