Ruling on Tasbeeh after Witr
Is it established that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said after the Witr prayer, 'Glory be to the King, the Holy' three times, and that you should raise your voice on the third time? What is the authenticity of that?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is recommended after the Witr prayer. Abu K'ab said: The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) would say after finishing the Witr prayer: "Glory be to the King, the Most Holy." In Sunan Abu Dawood 2: 65, and God knows best.
