Ruling on Taking Money from the Husband Without His Knowledge for Treatment
A woman needs urgent treatment that cannot be delayed, and her husband does not want to pay for her treatment despite having the ability to do so. Is she sinful if she takes money from his without his knowledge and gets treated?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to take money without his permission, and you can speak with him or good people can speak with him to resolve the issue, and God knows best.
