Ruling on Selling Goods Purchased in Installments
I am in debt due to accumulated rent, is it permissible for me to buy a screen worth 500 dinars in installments, then sell it for 450 dinars in cash immediately to pay off my debts?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If you buy from someone other than the one you purchased from, it is permissible, and God knows best.
