Ruling on Selling 'Al-Eena'

Question
I want to buy a car from a man, so I bought the car from a company on installments, agreeing to pay him what he paid to the company, while I complete the remaining amount to the company. The scenario is that the seller buys the car from the company, then sells it to the buyer on installments with an increase in price. The buyer pays the price excluding the increase to the seller and pays the remaining amount to the company. What is the ruling on this? (The nature of the relationship between the man and the company was: the company bought the car for a certain amount and then sold it to him with an increase in price), what is the ruling?
Answer
The matter itself is permissible, but it needs a re-evaluation from a legal perspective in its arrangement so that it can be resolved, and Allah knows best.
