Ruling on Removing Socks After Wiping Over Them
I performed ablution by washing my feet, then I wore socks and prayed Dhuhr. Before Asr, my ablution was invalidated, so I performed ablution again and wiped over the socks and prayed Asr. When I returned home, I removed the socks. Is it permissible for me to wear the socks again and perform ablution by wiping over them in preparation for the Maghrib prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the ablution is invalidated after wearing thick socks, it is necessary to wash the feet again; due to the invalidation of the wiping, and God knows best.
