Ruling on Removing Impurity with Liquids
Is it permissible to remove impurity stuck to dirt, tiles, or carpets without using water?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: impurity on dirt and tiles is purified by drying and the removal of its trace, but on carpets, it must be washed with water, and God knows best.
