Ruling on Reading the Quran During Menstruation
If I am on my menstrual period and committed to a daily recitation, is it permissible to read the Quran from the phone and is it permissible without a hijab?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to read the Quran with the intention of remembrance, not with the intention of recitation, or to not pronounce it. It is permissible to read the Quran without a hijab, but it is preferable to do so with a hijab, and God knows best.
