Ruling on Reading Ruqyah Verses for a Menstruating Woman
Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to recite Ruqyah verses by heart, or to repeat the Quran when she hears it?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's help: It is not permissible for her to utter the Quran with her tongue, but she can reflect on it in her heart and mind, and Allah knows best.
