Ruling on Reading a Short Surah
Is it permissible to read a Surah after Al-Fatiha without following the order of the Quran in each Rak'ah?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to recite it in prayer after Al-Fatiha without order, but we do not prioritize the later over the earlier in the Quran, and God knows best.
