What is seen after urination following purification from urine or pre-seminal fluid, is it necessary to wash it with water or is it sufficient to wipe it without water?

I say, and with God's help: What comes out after urination from the pre-seminal fluid is impure and must be washed, and it has the same ruling as urine, so wiping it is not sufficient, and it must be washed. And God knows best.
