Ruling on Purifying Impurity by Pouring Water and Wiping Afterwards
My mother broke her foot and cannot walk. She cleans herself using a portable toilet by pouring water and then wiping. Is this permissible?

I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to perform istinja even without water, and God knows best.
