Ruling on Praying in a Garment that Does Not Cover the Awrah
Is it permissible for a woman to pray in a short garment above the knee, or must she wear a long garment?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If she is wearing pants with a long shirt that is below the knee, then the prayer is permissible, and God knows best.
