Ruling on Performing the Rituals of Dhul-Hijjah with the Cancellation of Hajj
In light of the current circumstances and the cancellation of Hajj this year, do the rituals of the Day of Arafah and Eid still remain?

I say, and with God's success: The Sunnahs, recommended acts, and virtues of these days remain as they are even if Hajj is prevented, and we strive to do what we can. And God knows best.
