Ruling on Performing Fajr Prayer as Qada' During Duha Time
If a person misses the Fajr prayer and wakes up after dawn during Duha time, should they pray Fajr first or Duha?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to present whichever of the two he wishes; because the order is not obligatory between them, and God knows best.
