Ruling on Performing Dhuhr in Congregation When Friday Prayer is Not Held
What is the ruling on performing the Dhuhr prayer in congregation when the Friday prayer is not held in the mosque due to the Coronavirus? When can the worshipper pray it, is it at the time of the Friday prayer, or should they wait until the time it takes to perform the Friday prayer has passed?

I say, and with God's guidance: It is disliked to perform the Dhuhr prayer in congregation on Friday for one who does not pray in the mosque due to a valid excuse; rather, he should pray it individually. And God knows best.
