Ruling on Paying Zakat on Wealth in Installments
Can I pay my Zakat on wealth in spaced-out installments monthly, for example, to a needy family, or is it required to pay the Zakat in one lump sum?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to give zakat in the form you see fit at one time or at multiple times, according to what you see as beneficial, and God knows best.
