Ruling on one who does not seek a fatwa in the presence of necessity
A woman was divorced by her husband while he was angry and refuses to go to the fatwa office?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: She must compel him to do that by involving the virtuous people around her, or by going to her family, and God knows best.
