Ruling on One Who Delays Behind His Imam in Prayer
If the imam has started the salam and the follower is still in the middle of the tashahhud, should he make the salam or complete the tashahhud and then make the salam?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The follower completes the greetings and the prayer, then he gives the salutation, and God knows best.
