Ruling on Night Prayer after the First Fajr Adhan
Is it permissible to pray the night prayer and Witr after the first Fajr Adhan?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The prayer of Qiyam and Witr is valid after the first adhan; because the time for Fajr has not yet entered, as it begins with the second adhan, and God knows best.
