Ruling on Nafl Prayer at Noon
Is the prayer at noon disliked in a prohibitive sense or merely in a recommended sense? And is Friday an exception to this, considering that people enter the mosque and pray a little before the call to prayer?

I say, and with God's success: It is disliked to pray during the time of the sun's decline absolutely on Friday and other days, but there is an opinion that excludes Friday from this dislike due to what you mentioned, so it can be acted upon, and God knows best.
