Ruling on Money Collected by Mistake
My son works as an engineer in one of the countries, and his monthly salary is delayed. This time, they mistakenly added 800 to his salary. Is it permissible for him to take this increase knowing that they have taken his rights and have not given him what he deserves in many matters?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: he should return the money to them; because it is their right, and if working with them does not suit him, he should leave them, and God knows best.
