Ruling on Missing Witr and Fajr Prayer
If I miss the Witr prayer and also miss the Fajr prayer, how should I make them up?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The Witr prayer is performed first, then the Fajr prayer; because the order is obligatory, and God knows best.
