Ruling on Missing the Witr Prayer or Its Time Being Short
What is the ruling for someone who misses the Witr prayer and Fajr enters, and also if the time for Fajr is short and they miss the Witr?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Whoever misses the Witr prayer must make it up, and his Fajr prayer is not valid if he does not pray the Witr, and God knows best.
