Ruling on Light Bleeding
The questioner states that her menstrual cycle is irregular, and it was delayed by twelve days, then light bleeding occurred until the ninth day. On the tenth day, the bleeding was as it usually is in her regular cycle and continued until the twelfth day. What is the ruling on her prayer in this case?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is considered a menstrual period from the first day she sees the blood, even if it is light, for the duration of her known cycle, and what follows is considered irregular bleeding. And God knows best.
