Ruling on Istinja when Water is Cut Off
I performed ablution for prayer, but the water was not sufficient due to its interruption in our area, and I felt that I did not cleanse myself properly from what nullified my ablution. What should I do?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Cleaning oneself after relieving oneself is recommended, so the prayer is valid without cleaning even after defecation, as long as the impurity has not exceeded the exit, and God knows best.
