Ruling on Intercourse After Performing Tayammum Due to Menstruation
Is it permissible for a menstruating woman who cannot find water to perform tayammum? And is it permissible for her husband to have intercourse with her after she has performed this tayammum?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the water is a mile away from her, she is allowed to perform tayammum, and she becomes lawful to her husband afterwards, and God knows best.
