Ruling on Installment Sales with an Increase in Price
A woman wants to buy an electrical device, and her sister suggested that she buy the device and sell it to her in installments, with an increase on the original price. Is this contract permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Such a contract is valid according to Sharia, and there is no issue with it, and God knows best.
