Ruling on Increased Thickness of Foot Skin
If the heel of the foot or any other part of the body tears, and the skin becomes four or five times thicker, should these areas be cut when performing ablution, or is it permissible to perform ablution with them?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: it is permissible to perform ablution with it because it is part of the body, and God knows best.
