Ruling on Having Two Mistakes in Prayer
If someone sits for the final tashahhud and remembers during the tashahhud that he did not perform the second prostration, he interrupts the tashahhud, prostrates, then resumes the tashahhud, recites the Ibrahimic prayer, and concludes the prayer, what are the consequences?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Therefore, there is a prostration of forgetfulness due to the delay of the pillar from its place, and God knows best.
