Ruling on Hair Removal for the One Offering a Sacrifice

Question
Is it a condition for someone who intends to offer a sacrifice to refrain from removing hair, especially from their ear and cheek? What should one do if keeping the hair causes them discomfort?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Removing hair and cutting nails for the one who is sacrificing is contrary to what is preferable, and God knows best.
