Ruling on Hair Removal
Is it true that the area around the eyebrow does not fall under the prohibition of plucking, and that it is recommended for the sake of cleanliness? If so, how can I distinguish between the original eyebrow and the surrounding area?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the removal works to restore the eyebrow to its natural state, and does not reach the level of beautification, then it is permissible and is not included in the hadith, and God knows best.
