Ruling on Giving Zakat to Non-Muslims
Is it permissible to give zakat to non-Muslims who have been affected by COVID-19 or who have faced natural disasters, or to assist non-Muslim refugees in general?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Zakat cannot be given to a non-Muslim, and God knows best.
