Ruling on Giving the Wife Charity from the Dowry
Is it permissible for a fiancée to give a little money from her dowry to seek Allah's blessings in her marriage?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The dowry is her property, and she may dispose of it as she wishes, and God knows best.
