Ruling on Doubt in Prayer
What does this phrase mean in the book 'Al-Ikhtiyar' at the end of the chapter on prostration of forgetfulness, where the author says: 'Then if he builds (on his prayer) he should sit in every position that he suspects might be the end of the prayer, as a precaution against missing the obligatory sitting?'
Answer
I say, and with God's success: it is recommended for him to sit as a precaution in every place he thinks it might be his last prayer, and God knows best.
