Ruling on Divorce of a Pregnant Woman
Does divorce occur if a man divorces his wife while she is pregnant? And if he wants to take her back, what should she do?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the word of divorce is revocable, such as "You are divorced," he can take her back as long as she has not given birth. He can take her back verbally by saying, "I have taken you back," and God knows best.
