Ruling on Delaying Prayer Beyond Its Time Due to Fear
A mouse entered while a girl and I were alone in the house, and it was time for the Fajr prayer. Due to fear, the girl could not go to the bathroom and perform ablution, and thus she did not pray. Is she sinful for that?

I say, and with God's help: There is no excuse like this for delaying prayer, but we ask God to forgive her, and God knows best.
