Ruling on Combining and Shortening Between Two Prayers
Is it permissible to combine and shorten at the same time, meaning can we combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers together, but two rak'ahs for each?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: shortening is only permissible if its conditions are met, and God knows best.
