Ruling on Claiming Ownership of Inherited Property

Question
Before the father's death, he built a house, and the younger son claims that he paid for the construction, knowing that the house is in the father's name. What is the ruling on this house when dividing the inheritance?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: If the son can prove that, it will be accepted from him; otherwise, he has no right as long as his situation indicates dishonesty and taking the rights of the sisters. The daughters have a right to this house, and God knows best.
