Ruling on Abortion Blood Before Four Months

Question
I was two and a half months pregnant, and I went to the doctor, who told me there was a heartbeat at the beginning of Ramadan. After that, I started having bleeding, and I went to the doctor two weeks ago, and she performed a uterine cleaning, and only the gestational sac was present. I do not know the ruling on whether I should pray and read the Quran or not, because the fetus was not the size of a month and a half, meaning on 24/4, and until now I am not praying or reading the Quran?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: The blood that comes out after a miscarriage for less than four months is considered istihada (irregular bleeding) unless it exceeds three days, in which case it is considered menstrual blood. If the miscarriage occurs after four months, it is considered postpartum bleeding. God knows best.
