What is the ruling on face foundation creams that are waterproof and can only be removed by washing with soap, as they prevent water from reaching the skin even though they do not have a physical mass?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: it is not valid to perform ablution if there is a condition that completely prevents water from reaching the face; otherwise, it is valid to perform ablution, and God knows best.
